Why Can't I Find the Store Within Outlook?

Objective:

  • The Store icon within outlook is missing
  • Install Clio Outlook Add-in
  • Can't download the Clio Add-in

Environment:

  • Clio Manage
  • Outlook

Answer:

If the Outlook email account is an IMAP or POP account, the Store icon would not appear.
