KCS - Why Can't I See Time Entries on the Practice Dashboard?

Objective:

  • To determine why time entries entered are not showing up on the Practice Dashboard.
  • To determine why the Billable Hours Target does not reflect the correct time entered for the day.

Ensure that the Matter you are adding Time Entries to is listed as a Billable Matter. The steps to do so can be found here: KCS - How to Make a Matter Billable or Non-Billable
