If there is an extension that has been added to your account in the admin panel, the card will not be charged until the extension has ended. You will receive an error when you try to save the information, however it will still be saved in our system and used for the next billing attempt.
Please update your Credit Card Details to request a manual charge:
- Click on Settings
- Select Account and Payment Info
- Select Payment Info
- Select Change Credit Card Information
- Enter in your new Credit Card information
- Save your changes
Once you have updated your credit card details (even if it's the same information), we will re-attempt charging your card.
