KCS - I Deleted All My Client's Trust Transactions, But My Bill Still Shows Available Funds in Trust

Issue:

  • Detailed statement of account shows a Trust Amount that doesn't match the Client's nor the Matter's Trust Ledger.

  • Clio Web App

Cause:

The change to the Trust Account has not pushed to the Bill information. 

Resolution:

  1. Add a transaction to the Client's Trust Account.
  2. Refresh the Bill
  3. Delete the Transaction from Trust
  4. Refresh the Bill.
