KCS - Billing Rate Appears Differently on Bill vs Activity page and Client Activity Report

Issue:

  • Client Activity Report and Activity page shows a billing rate of $45,000/hr, but the invoice/Bill shows the true billing rate of $450/hr.

Resolution:

  1. Remove the Activities from the invoice
  2. Delete the Activities from the Activity page
  3. Manually add the time entries back in the invoice at the correct billing rate (which will also add it to the Activity page at the correct rate)
  4. Save the invoice
  5. Run the report again
