KCS - Why does the "Total in Awaiting Payment" and "Total in Overdue" on the dashboard not match the Accounts Receivable Report?

Objective:

  • Difference in dashboard "Total in Awaiting Payment" and "Total in Overdue"

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

To generate a report on your total accounts receivable, you may be interested in generating an Accounts Receivable Report. For more information, please click here 

Procedure:

The "Total in Awaiting Payment" and "Total in Overdue" on the Dashboard do not include interest amounts. If you have generated Bills with interest, your total in Accounts Receivable may be different from what is shown on the dashboard.
