KCS - Why is the Chat Agent Asking me to Call Support Instead of Assisting Me?

Issue:

  • I am chatting with Support about an issue I am having and they told me to call in.

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Cause:

Chat is not always the easiest format to troubleshoot in.  A screenshare may be required and this can sometimes be difficult while chatting.  

Resolution:

  1. Advise the Chat Agent you will call in.
  2. Call the Support Team at 1-888-858-2546 option 2
  3. Advise the Phone Agent you were just speaking to a Chat Agent.
