KCS - Can I Export My Data If My Account Is Closed?

  • How can I export my data if I already closed my account?
  • How can I access my data if my account is closed?

Answer:

Upon closing your account, there is a 90 day grace period before the data is scheduled for deletion. If it was under 90 days, please contact support@clio.com with the original email address associated with the account owner or call Support directly at 1-888-858-2546 extension 2 for immediate assistance.
