KCS - Why Can't I See the Firm Calendar?

Objective:

  • The Firm Calendar isn't visible

  • Clio Web App

Answer:

The account owner changed the Share Settings for the Firm Calendar.  To update this, ask them to follow the steps listed below:

  • Click the Calendar tab
  • Select Sharing
  • Select the Firm Calendar in the first field
  • Scroll down and click Add Calendar Share
  • From the Group dropdown select Firm
  • Set Permissions 
  • Click Update Calendar
