Answer:
The Primary Subscriber changed the Share Settings for the Firm Calendar. To update this, ask them to follow the steps listed below:
- Click the Calendar tab
- Click More
- Select Calendar Sharing from the drop-down
- Select the Firm Calendar in the first field
- Scroll down and click Add Calendar Share
- From the Group dropdown select Firm
- Set Permissions
- Click Update Calendar
