What Does the "More Actions" Button Do on the Bills Page?

Answer:

Draft Bills:

  • Submit for Approval - Is relevant to those firms using a Pending Approval workflow.
  • Approve - When done reviewing the bill and changes are no longer required
  • Approve and Apply Trust - Approve and apply Trust allows you to approve the bill and apply and Trust funds available at the same time
  • Share - Share the Bill with a client or other firm member
  • Delete - Remove the Bill from the account (this cannot be undone)

Pending Approval:

  • Approve - When done reviewing the Bill and changes are no longer required
  • Approve and Apply Trust - Approve and apply Trust allows you to approve the Bill and apply and Trust funds available at the same time
  • Share - Share the Bill with a client or other firm member
  • Delete - Remove the Bill from the account (this cannot be undone)

Awaiting Payment: 

  • Record Payment - Apply a payment received to a Bill
  • Edit - Allow you to edit the Bill 
  • Void - Removes the Bill from the account (this cannot be undone)

Paid:

  • Once a Bill has been paid, you can no longer make any amendments on less you delete the payment
