- Clio Grow
Note: The single-contact import functionality has been temporarily disabled by our development team. It is being fixed and will soon be re-enabled. - At this time a full CSV Export can be done.
- In order to import a Contact you must first connect Clio Manage to Clio Grow through the Integrations sub-tab located in the Settings of Clio Grow.
Note: This feature only allows the importation of 1 contact at a time
If you cannot find the contact you are looking for, then this may be caused by one of these limitations:
- The contact is already in Clio Grow
- The contact is a Company Contact (cannot be imported via this feature)
- Go to the Settings page
- Click on the Import Data tab
- Select Import from Clio
- Use the search field to search for the Clio contact
- Select the desired contact and click Import Selected Contacts
