  • Cannot see transactions in Accounts

Environment:

  • Clio Web App
  • Google Chrome

Additional Information:

This issue is occurring in Google Chrome.

How to Clear Cache in Google Chrome.

Cause:

Sometimes when too much data is stored within your browser it can cause visual errors on webpages you visit in and outside of Clio. Cache clears can help to resolve this.

Resolution:

Clear Cache in Google Chrome, including (Browsing History, Cookies and Other Site Data, and Cached Images and Files)
