What is Customer Delight Week?
One week each year, Clio’s entire product development team rallies together to develop and release many delightful, customer specific features in just a matter of days.
Because both Customer Delight Week and our annual Clio Cloud Conference are centred around Clio’s philosophy of customer obsession, we host these initiatives during the same week each year. We also do this so we can collect customer specific feature requests directly from our attendees (over and above the many delightful feature requests we accumulate throughout the year)
Why does Clio have a Customer Delight Week?

Customer Delight Week demonstrates Clio’s commitment to customer obsession and creating a delightful customer experience, by developing and releasing features that place customer impact first.
What was the outcome of Customer Delight Week 2018?
We are extremely excited to announce that this year, we released over 30 features over a period of three days, with another 15 to be shipped throughout the month of October.

- Drag + Drop Column Reordering. Effortlessly customize the order of your information with drag-and-drop column reordering for data tables in Clio’s Matters, Contacts, Notes, Activities, Communications, and Bills.
- Historical User Reporting. Quick, accessible reporting on historical actions made by Deactivated Users.
- Enhanced Search for iOS. Quickly find the information you need using single-word search.
- Swift email filing with Maildrop. Effortlessly file emails by quickly copying the Maildrop address for your Matter from the Communications tab.
