Clio’s New Calendar Early Enablement

Issue:

On Tuesday, January 22, 2018 at 4 p.m. PST, Clio’s new Calendar was enabled on your account ahead of schedule.

This may have caused certain recurring events edited in the last 24 hours to be out of sync between your Clio Calendar and Outlook calendar.

This would have only occurred if you deleted or updated a single entry in a recurring series of events in your Clio Calendar.

Resolution:

If recurring events were edited between Tuesday, January 23, 2019 at 4 p.m. PST and Wednesday, January 24, 2019 at 4 p.m. PST, we recommend reviewing your Outlook and Clio calendars and manually adjusting any changes to ensure they are consistent.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To prevent undue disruption, we have disabled the new Clio Calendar for your firm and will re-enable it in the coming weeks.
