What is happening?
Clio is updating our partner integration technology (API) from API v2 to API v4. This includes dropping support for API v2.
The RightSignature integration with Clio was built using Clio’s API v2. Following notice of the API v2 deprecation, Citrix has chosen not to update the RightSignature integration with Clio to make use of Clio’s API v4. Therefore, as Clio drops support for API v2, the RightSignature integration with Clio will stop working.
When is the RightSignature deprecation happening?
The RightSignature integration with Clio will stop working on March 5, 2019.
What alternatives to the RightSignature integration are available?
Clio is proud to offer a DocuSign integration that allows documents stored in Clio to be sent for signing in DocuSign with a single click.
DocumentConnex is a blockchain-powered e-Signature platform.
CaseMail is a postal and e-doc delivery and verification tool, with a signature component.
FlexxLegal is a document management tool that also allows you to request signatures.
LawYaw is another document automation and e-signature platform that integrates with Clio.
You may be able to build a useful workflow between Clio and RightSignature using Zapier; however, none of the specific workflows that were addressed by the current RightSignature integration with Clio can be rebuilt using Zapier.
