Why Is The "Add Email" Link Greyed Out When Creating a Workflow Template

Objective:

  • Cannot add an Email Template to a WorkFlow Template

Answer:

The "Add Email" button when creating a Workflow Template is only for adding the "Other Email Templates" type. By default, Clio Grow does not include any of these Email types and one must be created.

To create an Email Template that can be used in a Workflow template:

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Click Email Templates
  3. Under "Other Email Templates" click New "Other" Template
