What Happens When A Firm Changes A Client's Clio Connect Email?

Objective:

  • Firm Editing Clio Connect Email

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Clio Connect: Changing Email

Procedure:

  • The Firm's Contact info will update (As long as you edited the "Clio connect email")
  • The Clio Connect User will not receive an email of this change
  • The Clio Connect User must log in using the new email
  • All the information is still stored under the original Contact
    • The Clio Connect User will not need to create a new Clio Connect Account
