Why is my Client Only Able to Upload a Single Document?

  • To determine why a contact can only upload a certain number of documents in Clio Grow

  • Clio Grow

Additional Information:

The number of files that a Client can upload is determined by the number of File Attachment questions populated in a Clio Grow Form. If you would like to add File Attachment questions to your form, please follow the steps here.

Answer:

There is only one File Attachment question type in the Clio Grow form.
