- Clio Manage
- The document was uploaded outside of the shared folder.
- The document was not successfully uploaded by the Clio Connect client. To confirm if a Clio Connect user has successfully uploaded a document, click here.
- Open the contact page
- Go to the Clio Connect subtab
- All documents uploaded by the client should be visible here even if they are outside the shared folder
