I Cannot See a Document Shared by a Clio Connect User/Client

Issue:

  • Unable to view documents that a client share with me
  • Why Can't I see a Folder that a Clio Connect user shared with me

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

n/a

Cause:

  • The document was uploaded outside of the shared folder.
  • The document was not successfully uploaded by the Clio Connect client. To confirm if a Clio Connect user has successfully uploaded a document, click here.

Resolution:

  1. Open the contact page
  2. Go to the Clio Connect subtab
  3. All documents uploaded by the client should be visible here even if they are outside the shared folder
