Why Am I Unable to See All my Matters on my Client Dashboard?

Objective:

  • Can't see all Matters listed on Client Dashboard
  • Why is my Matter missing from the Client
  • Unable to see Matters on Contact Dashboard

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • Click "All" to view Pending and Closed Matters.

Answer:

By default only Open Matters will display on the Dashboard.
