Currently, it is not possible to set up a dedicated email address for bills to be sent to, Bills are sent to the clients primary email that has been established in their contact record. To request this feature, please let the Support Team know. The Support team can be reached by phone (1-888-858-2546 ext. 2) or by the Live Chat option in Clio.
As a workaround, add a new contact with the dedicated email address into your Clio database and in the matter choose to relate to that contact and check off the bill recipients so that they will also receive bills upon it being sent to the main client on the matter.
