Objective:

• Started Sharing Document Using Clio for Clients Mobile App But I Wanted to Share Using Clio Connect Portal Instead

Procedure:

1. Find the Contact or Matter that you have shared Documents with using Clio for Clients
2. Click on the Client for Clients tab
3. Click on Stop Sharing for a single Document

4. Confirm pop-up by clicking Stop Sharing

5. When you go back to the Documents tab, you will be able to select Clio Connect (web portal) as the option for sharing the Document. Please select this option when sharing Document

Please note: By default, the selected radio option for sharing Documents is Clio for Clients. If you have multiple Documents, you have shared via Clio for Clients, you must stop sharing all the Documents in order to switch to the Clio Connect web portal.
