Blue Screen When Navigating to Notes Section in a Matter on Mobile app

Issue:

  • Why do I get an empty blue screen when trying to view Notes of a Matter in the Mobile App?

Environment:

  • Clio iOS Mobile app
  • Clio Android Mobile app

Cause:

This is caused by one of the notes on the matter containing a special character. 

Workaround:

  • Log in to Clio Manage account through a browser.
  • Look through the Notes on the matter and check for special characters.
  • Remove all special characters and try again on the App.
