Why am I Seeing "Invalid Scope" When Attempting to Sync Zoom with Clio?

  • What does Invalid Scope mean?
  • Why Can I not set up sync with Zoom?

  • Clio Manage
  • Zoom

Answer:

You may be logged into Zoom in another tab. Log out of Zoom in any tabs or complete a browser Cache Clear, in order to resolve this issue.
