Why Am I Not Receiving Push Notifications for My Two Factor Authenticator in the Clio Mobile App?

Additional Information:


This is most likely due to having a previous version of the Clio Mobile App. Please delete the App and install the most recent one by visiting the App Store.

Please ensure you have the Google or Microsoft Authenticator installed on your mobile phone with active codes - an authentication code will be required when logging back in to the Clio App after re-installing.
