How Do I Generate a Statements of Account?

Objective:

    • How do I Generate Statements of Account 
    • How do I create a Statement of Account 
    • How do I make a Bill for all my clients outstanding amounts
    • How can I see a Client's balance due, as of a particular date? 
    • How do I generate a Bill Reminder?

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • Statements of Account are printable PDF documents outlining client's outstanding amounts due.

Procedure:

  1. Select Billing
  2. Click the arrow in the upper right corner, next to New bills
  3. Select New statements of accounts
  4. Input the relevant data
  5. Select Generate Statements of Account
