How do I Add an Administrator?

Objective:

  • I need to add an Administrator
  • How do I grant Administrator permissions in Clio Manage
  • Upgrade User Permissions

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Only an Account Administrator or the Primary Subscriber can make another user an Administrator.

Procedure:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Manage Users
  3. Find the User and select Edit
  4. Scroll to the bottom to Permissions and click Administrator
  5. Click Save New Information
