Objective:
- My Personal Dashboard isn't showing
- When I click on Personal Dashboard there is nothing there
- The Personal Dashboard page doesn't load

Additional Information:
Users will also need Reporting permissions in order to see the Performance Metrics & Detailed Annual Report.
Possible Causes:
- Billing Rate Visibility for the User was set to None.
- The Clio user doesn't have Billing permissions.
- The Personal Dashboard has been turned off for the entire firm. Email Clio Support at Support@clio.com or call at 1-888-858-2546 x2.
