Why Isn't the Personal Dashboard Showing?



  • My Personal Dashboard isn't showing
  • When I click on Personal Dashboard there is nothing there
  • The Personal Dashboard page doesn't load

Additional Information:

Users will also need Reporting permissions in order to see the Performance Metrics & Detailed Annual Report.

Possible Causes:

  • Billing Rate Visibility for the User was set to None.
  • The Clio user doesn't have Billing permissions.
  • The Personal Dashboard has been turned off for the entire firm. Email Clio Support at or call at 1-888-858-2546 x2.
