An approved bill is intended to be final and ready to send to a client. To maintain an accurate record, we recommend that you do not edit approved bills.
Trust Requests can not be edited once a payment has been recorded as the payments cannot be reversed.
Go to Settings using the gear icon in the top right
- Click on Billing in the third column
- Scroll down to the Bill States section
- Click on "Allow editing of approved Bills and Trust Requests"
- Save Bill Settings
