Additional Information:

If you are on an Annual Subscription and  change to a Monthly Subscription the Account will not switch to a Monthly Subscription until your renewal date. If you are on a Monthly Subscription and switch to a Annual Subscription the card on the Account will be charged for the entire year after the Subscription change. 

Only the account owner (originating subscriber) and account administrators can make changes to the subscription type. If you are not an administrator, you can change the subscription type by with providing with an email from the account owner outlining the changes you want to make to your Clio subscription.


  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click Account and Payment Information.
  3. Select Payment Info.
  4. Scroll down to Renewal Options > Change Renewal Options.
  5. Then click Update.
