KCS - How can I Confirm that LawPay and Clio are Integrated?

 

Objective:

  • How can I confirm that LawPay account and Clio account are fully integrated
  • How can I check if LawPay and Clio are fully connected 
  • I connected LawPay. Can I start sending Bills? 

Environment:

  • Clio Web App 
  • Settings > Online Payments

Answer:

  • Send a Bill to yourself via email as a test, and seeing if the PAY BILL button is visible in the email.  
  • Review your LawPay account details and see if the Clio App is authorized. For instructions click here.
  • Call LawPay and ask them if the Clio App has been authorized.
