How to Change Your Email in Clio Connect

Objective:

  • Update your email in Clio's client portal

Environment:

  • Clio Connect Web App

Additional Information:

When the Clio Connect User updates their email, all info will now be sent to that email. The Contact's email in the Firms Account WILL NOT update visual, but will still send info to the correct email.

Procedure:

  1. Log into Clio Connect
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Update your Email Address
  4. Type in your Password
  5. Click Update Information
