Additional Information:
- An Activity Category is a description of a Time Entry or Expense Category. For more information on Creating and Managing Activity Categories, see here.

Procedure:
For Time Entry Category:
- Go to Activities
- Click Manage categories in the upper right corner (grey button)
- Click New category in the upper right corner
- Select Time Entry Category
- Enter a Name
- Select a Billing Method, and input rate if applicable
- Set Permission Groups or check off Visibility to Co-counsel if applicable.
- Click Save category
For Expense Entry Category:
- Go to Activities
- Click Manage categories in the upper right corner (grey button)
- Click New category in the upper right corner
- Select Expense Category
- Enter a Name
- Enter a Rate
- Set any Permission Groups if applicable
- Click Save category
