How do I Force a Password Reset on Other Users?

Objective:

  • Force all users to change their passwords
  • How do I change other User's passwords

 Environment:

  • Clio Manage 

Additional Information:

Force Password Change can only be done by Users with Administrator permissions

Procedure:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Manage Users
    • To only expire passwords for some users, to the right of edit click the drop-down and select Expire Password.
    • To expire passwords for all users, click on Actions and select Expire all passwords

Additional Note: Under Clio's new Billing System, there is no longer an option to Expire all passwords at once. From the Manage Users page, you will need to click the arrow beside the "Edit" button for each individual user, and select "Expire Password".
