Activity Categories Are Not Working For a New User

Issue:

  • Nothing appears on the Activity Description dropdown list when a new user enters a Time Entry. 

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Cause:

  • Unknown

Resolution:

  1. Navigate to the main Activities tab on the left of Clio
  2. Select Manage Categories
  3. Choose Time entry categories at the top left
  4. Select New category at the top right
  5. Create a new Activity Category 
  6. Create a new Time Entry and select an Activity Category for the user
