What are the Different Detail levels When Generating a Bill?
Procedure:
From New Bills
- Go to Billing
- Click New Bills
- Check the box beside the Matter or Client you wish to bill
- Click Generate (at the top of the list)
- Under "Detail level," select Aggregate
- Select the desired Aggregation options
- Click Generate bills
From Quick Bill
- Access the specific Matter that you wish to Bill
- Click on Quick bill within the "Financial" section in the Dashboard tab
- Click on Show options, above the "Generate Bill" button, and just below "Bill Total"
- Select Aggregate for "Detail Level"
- Make any other necessary changes
- Click Generate Bill
