Why Aren't My Contacts Syncing With Xero?

Objective:

  • I have Contacts in Clio, but I can't see them in Xero, why?

Environment:

  • Xero
  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Answer:

Only your Clio Contacts with associated invoices will be synced with Xero. Personal Contacts that have no invoices will not be synced over to Xero.
