Can I Reactivate my Account Temporarily?

Additional Information:

  • As per our Terms of Service, after 90 days from the cancellation or termination of a subscription, all Content associated with such subscription will be irrevocably deleted from the Service. If you're within the 90 day timeline, the account can be temporarily activated. 


  • The Account owner must send an Email to confirming reactivation. Please note, for security purposes the email sent must come from the Account owners email associated to Clio. Include in the body of the email the following: "Please reopen my account temporarily so that I can export data. I do not wish to continue with the account beyond this request."
