Additional Information:
- As per our Terms of Service, after 90 days from the cancellation or termination of a subscription, all Content associated with such subscription will be irrevocably deleted from the Service. If you're within the 90 day timeline, the account can be temporarily activated.
Answer:
- The Account owner must send an Email to support@clio.com confirming reactivation. Please note, for security purposes the email sent must come from the Account owners email associated to Clio. Include in the body of the email the following: "Please reopen my account temporarily so that I can export data. I do not wish to continue with the account beyond this request."
