How To Add a License to an Annual Account Subscription

Objective:

  • To purchase an Annual License for a Firm member
  • To add a new User or member to a Firm account

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • When purchasing licenses always check to see that all licenses are being used first 

Procedure:

Clio Old Billing System

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click Account and Payment Info
  3. Click the Payment Info sub tab
  4. Under Subscriptions click Buy More Licenses 
  5. Choose the number of licenses you wish to purchase and click Purchase Licenses

Clio New Billing System

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click Manage Users
  3. Click on Invite a New User | Add button
  4. Select the blue Invite user button at the top-right of the screen
  5. Fill in the relevant information on the Invite user page 
    Note: you will see how much it will cost to purchase an additional license for that user.
  6. Click Confirm and invite
