Objective:
- To purchase an Annual License for a Firm member
- To add a new User or member to a Firm account
Environment:
- Clio Manage
Additional Information:
- When purchasing licenses always check to see that all licenses are being used first
Procedure:
Clio Old Billing System
- Click Settings
- Click Account and Payment Info
- Click the Payment Info sub tab
- Under Subscriptions click Buy More Licenses
- Choose the number of licenses you wish to purchase and click Purchase Licenses
Clio New Billing System
- Click Settings
- Click Manage Users
- Click on Invite a New User | Add button
- Select the blue Invite user button at the top-right of the screen
- Fill in the relevant information on the Invite user page
Note: you will see how much it will cost to purchase an additional license for that user. - Click Confirm and invite
