KCS - How To Share My Calendar With Other Firm Members

Additional Information:

  • If you are wanting to share your Calendar with all users use Firm as the Group
  • Free/Busy will show free or busy blocks within your Calendar


New Clio Experience:

  1. Select Calendar
  2. Select More 
  3. Select Calendar Sharing
  4. Select the Calendar you would like to Share from the picklist field at the top
  5. Select Add a Calendar Share 
  6. Select the individual or Group you would like to Share it with 
  7. Select Editor or Viewer permissions 
  8. Select Update Calendar

Previous Clio: 

  1. Click the Calendar tab
  2. Select Sharing
  3. Scroll down and click Add Calendar Share
  4. From the Group dropdown select the user 
  5. Set Permissions 
  6. Click Update Calendar
