KCS - How To Share My Calendar With Other Firm Members

Objective:

  • How to share your Clio Calendar
  • How to share the Calendar in Clio

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

  • If you are wanting to share your Calendar with all users use Firm as the Group
  • Free/Busy will show free or busy blocks within your Calendar

Procedure:

Previous Calendar

  1. Click the Calendar tab
  2. Select Sharing
  3. Scroll down and click Add Calendar Share
  4. From the Group dropdown select the user 
  5. Set Permissions 
  6. Click Update Calendar

New Calendar

  1. Click the Calendar tab
  2. Select the More button in the top right
  3. Select Calendar Sharing
  4. Scroll down and click Add Calendar Share
  5. From the Group dropdown select the user 
  6. Set Permissions 
  7. Click Update Calendar
