How to Edit User Permissions in Clio Manage

Objective:

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • Only Users with Administrator Permission are able to edit the Permissions of other Users
  • If you are setting up a new user and do not select any permissions, they will simply be missing the tabs in Clio for Accounts (transactions), Reports, and Billing.

Procedure:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Manage Users
  3. Click Edit under the name of the User whose Permissions need to be updated
  4. Scroll to Permissions
  5. Check or uncheck the Permissions as needed
  6. Click Save New information
