Issue:
- Revenue Report for all Users does not have the same total as the sum of Revenue Reports for each User together
- When I run the Revenue Report for each User in my account separately and add the totals together, I come up with a different amount than the totals from when I run the Revenue Report for All Users

Cause:
The Revenue Report does not include any Taxes, Interest, or Time and Expense Entries that are not related to a Matter unless the Report is run for All Users
Resolution:
1. Understand the reason for the difference and adjust expectations of the report accordingly
