How to Share all of the Documents in a Matter

Additional Information:

If you don't see the option to select a certain Contact then they don't have an email associated with them. You can add one by viewing the Contact and clicking Edit.

Once shared any new files in the Folders will be available to the Contacts who have access.


  1. Go to the main Documents tab
  2. Find the Client folder from the list and click to open
  3. Find the specific Matter folder you would like to Share
  4. Click the Drop-Down Arrow next to Edit
  5. Click Share 
  6. Select the Contact you want to share with
  7. Click Share
