There is a limited time window in which the Void option will be available. Payment processing can take 24 to 48 hours and the Void option will only be available within the Authorized state before the payment has been Completed.
If Void is not available, you can perform a Refund.
- Navigate to the Bill
- (via the main Bills tab or the Bills subtab within a Contact/Matter)
- Select View or the Invoice Number to open the Invoice
- Select the Clio Payments tab
- Locate the desired transaction and select Void
