How to Apply Custom Fields to a Contact in Clio Manage

Objective:

  • Edit a Contact to include specific Custom Fields
  • Add Custom Field to a Client's profile

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • Contact Custom Fields set to default will automatically appear in the Contact's Edit page under Custom Fields.

Procedure:

  1. Navigate to the Contact
  2. Click Edit
  3. Scroll to the Custom Fields section
  4. Click inside the Select to add a custom field box
  5. Select the Custom Field
  6. Fill in the field
  7. Click Update Person
