Additional Information:
- Removing Service Entries from a Bill will not permanently delete the Entries. It will only remove the Entries from the Invoice.
Procedure:
Option 1 (Remove Each Service line item individually):
- Open the Matter you would like to create an Expense Bill for
- On the Dashboard select Quick Bill
- Select Generate Bill
- Select View Bill
- Select Edit
- Select the Services button
- Check off the box next to Actions
- Select Remove
- Select Save Invoice
Option 2 (Aggregate All Service line items, and then remove the aggregated entry):
- Click on Bills
- Click on Billable Clients
- Check off the Matter you want to Bill
- Click Generate
- Check Aggregate
- Select Only services aggregated
- Click Generate bills
- Edit the newly created Draft Bill
- Click Remove next to the aggregated services
- Click Save invoice
