How Can I Tell If a Clio Connect User Has Uploaded Documents?


  • To locate the Documents a Clio Connect User has uploaded. 


  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Please note: When a Client adds a Document to a shared folder in Clio Connect, the Clio User will receive a notification. However, when a Clio User adds a Document to a shared folder for their Client, the Client will not receive a notification.

  1. Click Documents
  2. Select Matter folder
    1. If you've created a shared folder, uploaded documents will appear there


  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Firm Feed
  3. Click Filter
  4. Select the contact's name under User
