Additional Information:
Please note: When a Client adds a Document to a shared folder in Clio Connect, the Clio User will receive a notification. However, when a Clio User adds a Document to a shared folder for their Client, the Client will not receive a notification.

Answer:
- Click Documents
- Select Matter folder
- If you've created a shared folder, uploaded documents will appear there
OR
- Click Dashboard
- Click Firm Feed
- Click Filter
- Select the contact's name under User
