Objective:
- Import Related Contacts into Clio Manage
- Bulk upload Related Contacts into Clio Manage
- Add Related Contacts Information to the spreadsheet template
- Populate Related Contacts CSV for import into Clio
Environment:
- Clio Manage
- Microsoft Excel
Additional Information:
- Do not modify the column headers as they are mapped into Clio
- Tasks must be imported on a per user basis into Clio. This may require breaking up Tasks into separate CSVs for each user. The user must have an active subscription.
Procedure:
- Open this template
- Populate the spreadsheet with your Tasks information:
- subject: Enter the subject of the task
- due_date: Enter due date in MM/DD/YYYY format
- complete: Enter "1" for completed tasks, and "0" for incomplete tasks
- description: Enter the description of the task
- matter: Must be an exact match for a Matter Display Number in Clio (excludes the description, unless it's actually part of the matter name)
- Save the file in CSV format
- Import the file by following the following steps:
- Open Clio's Import page:
- Click Add
- Under Import select Tasks from CSV
- In the User dropdown menu, select the Clio User who will be responsible for the imported entries
- Click Choose File
- Select the CSV file you saved in step 3
- Click Upload File
