KCS - Why Don't I have a Bills Tab?

Objective:

  • I don't see a Bills tab on the black menu bar
  • Why can't I access the bills page?
  • Why is the bills page missing from my contacts, matters, and general task bar?
  • Unable to View Bills Tab 

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Only administrators can add these permissions for the user by going to Settings > Manage Users > Edit User

Answer:

If you do not have a Bills tab in the Task Bar this would indicate that you do not have Billing permissions. Please speak to a Clio Administrator on your account to add these permissions to your profile.
